Argentina reiterates demand for release of Peronist militants

Buenos Aires, Jul 14 (Prensa Latina) The Argentine political group, La Cámpora, demanded the immediate release od Peronist militants Eva Mieri and Alexia Abaigar. The group assured that the tow militants are hostages of the political and judicial power.

In a statement published through its social networks, La Cámpora again denounced the imprisonment of Eva Mieri and the house arrest of Alexia Abaigar as part of a judicial and political advance against the Peronist militancy.

Mieri is a councilwoman in the Buenos Aires municipality of Quilmes, while Abaigar is an official of the Ministry of Women and Diversity of the government of the Province of Buenos Aires, based in La Plata.

“Eva Mieri is detained in the penitentiary of Ezeiza and Alexia Abaigar is still with an anklet at home. Both have been imprisoned for more than 10 days for being accused of dirtying the sidewalk to a national deputy who calls to put ‘jail or bullet’ to those who do not think like him”, points out the group led by Máximo Kirchner in reference to the legislator of La Libertad Avanza, José Luis Espert.

The statement points directly against president Javier Milei, the Minister of Security, Patricia Bullrich, and the judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado, whom the document signals out as the ones behind the arrests.

Buenos Aires, 14 jul (Prensa Latina) La agrupación política argentina, La Cámpora, exigió la inmediata liberación de las militantes peronistas Eva Mieri y Alexia Abaigar, y aseguró que son rehenes del poder político y judicial.

Cuerpo : En un comunicado difundido por sus redes sociales, La Cámpora volvió a denunciar el encarcelamiento de Eva Mieri y la prisión domiciliaria de Alexia Abaigar como parte de una avanzada judicial y política contra la militancia peronista.

Mieri es concejal en el municipio bonaerense de Quilmes, en tanto Abaigar es funcionaria del Ministerio de las Mujeres y Diversidad del gobierno de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, con sede en La Plata.

“Eva Mieri está detenida en la penitenciaria de Ezeiza y Alexia Abaigar todavía está con tobillera en su casa. Ambas llevan más de 10 días presas por estar acusadas de ensuciarle la vereda a un diputado nacional que llama a meter ‘cárcel o bala’ a quienes no piensan como él”, señala la agrupación que dirige Máximo Kirchner en referencia al legislador de La Libertad Avanza, José Luis Espert.

El comunicado apunta directamente contra el presidente Javier Milei, la ministra de Seguridad, Patricia Bullrich, y la jueza Sandra Arroyo Salgado, a quienes acusa de estar detrás de las detenciones.
