“For the sixth time at national level, and in its eighth edition in the capital, various preventive interventions will be carried out in neighborhoods and communities of municipalities, including cultural, educational, social care, exchanges, discussions of specialists with the population at risk or patients for addictions and preparation of social workers and other factors involved in this context”, reported the newspaper Granma.

This exercise aims to raise the level of preparedness of the forces that make up the system of confrontation to this scourge and of the population in general, from their responsibility in this battle of all.

In the context of these monthly events, around three 3, 300 activities have been carried out with the participation of more than 71,800 students, 5, 950 workers and 19, 700 families.
