Article Two of the regulations states that this new organizational structure will design a planning and action network, which should be composed of no less than 11 people.
The process will continue until Saturday and be governed by the PSUV’s Declaration of Principles, developed in its Statutes and Code of Ethics, which includes loyalty to the eternal leader and founding president, Commander Hugo Chavez, anti-imperialism, unity, and defense of the Bolivarian Revolution.
PSUV Secretary General Diosdado Cabello told reporters on Wednesday some details of the process that emerged as part of the plenary session of the 5th Congress of the Party and the 4th Congress of the Youth of the PSUV, which held sessions with more than 3,000 delegates this month.
Cabello stated that the agreements reached there, such as the new organizational structure of the Comprehensive Bolivarian Base Committees (CBBI), already established, must be implemented.
He stated that once the CBBI are formed, the next step is the formation of the Comprehensive Bolivarian Commands, which begins as of this Thursday by holding meetings of the liaisons designated by the states and the current heads of the Bolivar-Chavez Battle Units (UBCH).
