The Belarusian leader stressed that the attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the bus carrying children was due to discontent among some sectors with the peaceful situation in the republic. He stated that Belarus’s apparent calm is irritating, and that this is precisely why these kinds of incidents happen.
As reported on Wednesday, a Ukrainian drone attacked a passenger bus carrying a Belarusian children’s soccer team in Russia’s Bryansk region.
The Belarusian Foreign Ministry demanded a detailed explanation of the incident from Ukraine. Russian medical teams transported the injured Belarusian citizens to hospitals in Minsk.
