The Egyptian minister discussed “efforts to implement the ceasefire and the terms of post-conflict governance,” according to a statement issued by the Foreign Ministry.
The NCRA will be composed of prominent figures from the Palestinian territory devastated by a brutal Israeli military attack that has resulted in the deaths of more than 73,000 people, mostly children, women, and elderly civilians, in what countries, civil society figures, and political circles have not hesitated to call a genocide.
Abdelaty urged the completion of the remaining elements of the so-called Gaza Plan, including the establishment of the National Committee for the Reorganization of Gaza (NCRG), the deployment of an International Stabilization Force, and the delivery of humanitarian aid and relief to Gazans displaced by Israel’s relentless air, sea, and land attacks. Israel also prevents international humanitarian flotillas from reaching their destination, arresting and mistreating their crews and seizing their cargo.
These measures will strengthen the ceasefire and pave the way for a more equitable transition, the Egyptian Foreign Minister stated, according to a press release issued by his ministry.
