The satellites, as part of Group 26 of the Qianfan Constellation, along with an EUHT technology test satellite, lifted off to be placed in orbit.
The mission marks the third flight of the Gravity-1 rocket, developed by the Chinese company Orienspace, and expands the country’s capabilities to launch satellites destined for low-orbit constellations.
Group 26 is part of Qianfan, a Chinese low-orbit satellite megaconstellation project aimed at providing communication services through an extensive space-based network.
