British weekly predicts a Sandinista victory in Nicaragua
Managua, Jul 14 (Prensa Latina) Renowned British weekly The Economist confirmed its forecast that the Sandinista Front for National Liberation (FSLN) and its leader, Daniel Ortega, will win the 2021 general elections, a digital news site states in Managua.
Through its Intelligence Unit, the international weekly newspaper states that the Nicaraguan opposition, based in the United States and the European Union, has no leader, no party, no box, and it is still involved in an internal war, digital news site Informe Pastran reports on Monday.
The Economist went beyond after considering that although the opposition world could overcome its own internal conflicts, it is unlikely that it wins the November 2021 general elections, as the FSLN continues to be the dominant political force in Nicaragua.
Informe Pastran comments that such notes from the newspaper specialized in international relations and economy fell on opposition groups in Nicaragua, financed from the United States.
It recalled that last week, political analyst Bosco Matamoros, advisor to the Citizens for Liberty (CxL) party, which refuses to join the so-called National Coalition, predicted that the opposition will run for the 2021 election divided into three blocks.
