La Paz, Feb 23 (Prensa Latina) The Japan Week concludes in La Paz on Tuesday with words of congratulations by Japanese Ambassador to Bolivia Hokida Osamu, in honor of the 60th birthday of Japanese Emperor Naruhito, to whom the event is dedicated.
