Montevideo, (Prensa Latina) Lawmakers from Uruguay's Broad Front (Frente Amplio-FA) confirmed on Friday that there are more homeless people living on the street in Montevideo, and in their opinion 'it is not only due to the pandemic, but it also has an economic cause'.
Lawmakers Ana Olivera and Cecilia Cairo stated their view to the press after listening to a speech delivered by Minister of Social Development Pablo Bartol before the Population Commission at the request of the opposition party.
