Bolivia received 22.5 tons of medical oxygen from Brazil

La Paz, Jun 13 (Prensa Latina) Bolivia´s Deputy Foreign Trade Minister Benjamín Blanco the eve announced the arrival of 22.5 tons of medicinal oxygen from Brazil for treating Covid-19 patients.

On Twitter, Blanco wrote that this has been the second 22.5-ton medicinal oxygen Isotank Bolivia received from Brazil, since the first one arrived on June 4.

According to Bolivia´s Health Ministry, other 20 tons of medicinal oxygen arrived from Chile on Saturday, which will be distributed in the departments of Cochabamba, Oruro and Tarija.

Official data showed that from January to April 2021, Bolivia has imported medicinal oxygen worth $600,000 for treating Covid-19 patients.
