Among the victims several nurses, three of them members of the so-called White Helmets, and one militia trooper from the Syrian National Army backed up by Turkey, the Athr Press website reported.

Strikes brought according to the media enormous material losses on houses, cars and stores, while al-Shifa hospital was rendered out of service after being struck by rockets leaving severe damages behind.

Extremist groups supported by Ankara accused the so-called Syria Democratic Forces (SDF) of the bombing, the latter claimed it was in response to strikes against areas under their command around Afrin.

Areas north of Alepo witness an escalate of clashes between Turkish troops illegally stationed in Syria and their militia on one side and SDF on the other.

Continuous bombing exchange between the two sides bring about every day civilian casualties and damage on farming land.
