Syrian and Russian helicopters and fighter-bombers supported infantry to wipe out terrorist cells in the extended areas of the provinces of Hama, Raqa, Homs and Deir Ezzor, the ‘Syria Resists Aggression’ portal reported.

The portal indicated that DAESH battlements and war vehicles were destroyed during airstrikes in the town of Sukhnah and Mount Mahmour on the road between Palmyra and Deir Ezzor.

Syrian troops found and dynamited equipped and fortified caves serving as headquarters and starting points for radical attacks, according to footage released by the portal.

Damascus and Moscow have previously condemned that the United States is training and transferring terrorists to use them in attacks on Army positions and civilian communities in the Syrian desert.
