Russia´s highest toll of Covid-19 cases were reported in Moscow (4,975), compared to 6,880 reported on Friday, followed by St. Petersburg (2,551), Samara (1,695) and Voronezh (796).

According to Russia´s national operational staff to fight Covid-19, as many as 1,179 patients died on Friday, so the country´s death toll jumped to 246,814, reaching a 2,81% mortality rate.

At this time, 986,303 people are still under medical treatment in Russia. On Saturday, 26,806 patients were recovered, amounting to 7,561,978 (86%).

Russia´s Covid-19 confirmed cases reported in past seven days reached 281,305, accounting for 3.4% over previous week.
