The dossier contained biographies, details about their training, nationality, addresses and contacts of 9,952 terrorists scattered globally and able to conduct attacks alone.

According to local media, the dossier has been sought by the US Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), MI6, and Israel’s Mossad spy agency for many years.
