The film event will be held from December 8 to 17 this year and only Latin American-themed productions completed between 2022 and 2023 will be accepted for the film contest, the Festival House said.

We invite filmmakers, producers, screenwriters and designers to send their proposals before that date, which will allow their evaluation by the Selection Committee for the conformation of the different sections of the competition, its website announced.

Those interested may participate in the categories of Feature Fiction, Opera Prima, Documentary Feature, Short Film, Animation, Unpublished Screenplay, Poster and Post-production.

The New Latin American Film Festival is a prestigious annual event whose purpose is to recognize and disseminate cinematographic works that contribute to the enrichment and reaffirmation of cultural identity in Latin America and the Caribbean.
