7th Colloquium on European Presences in Cuba is convened

Havana, May 28 (Prensa Latina) The Center for the Interpretation of Cuba-Europe Cultural Relations (Palacio del Segundo Cabo) convened the 7th Colloquium on European Presences in Cuba, according to the habanacultural portal.

The call is based on the theme Visual Culture in Cuba-Europe relations, and the event will be held between October 2 and 4, 2024.

Participants will include researchers, academics, students and the general public interested in this event, aimed at reflecting and debating on the points of connection cultures may participate.

During this edition, issues related to visual culture will be addressed from different areas of knowledge such as art, history, anthropology, psychology, education, philosophy, design, advertising and journalism, among others.

Those interested may send their proposals before Monday, August 28, 2024.

The acceptance decision will be published only on the Center’s website at http://segundocabo.ohc.cu, and via email by Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
