In a joint statement, the leadership of the national Shiite duo, declared that the Israeli presence in large parts of Lebanese territory constitutes an act of state terrorism and reflects the aggressive nature of this enemy and its premeditated intentions towards the nation.

Both political and military forces condemned the Israeli infringements on national sovereignty, in a flagrant and humiliating violation of international legitimacy and its resolutions, in particular the provisions of 1701 and the ceasefire agreement.

According to the organizations, the Israeli violations are directed at the international community and the sponsoring countries of the cease-fire agreement (the United States and France), which must take immediate action.

Hezbollah and Amal emphasized that the reconstruction of what was destroyed by the Israeli aggression and the payment of compensation to the affected people must be a priority on the agenda of the new government.

On the occasion, they conveyed greetings of pride and acknowledgement to the martyrs, to the inhabitants of the border villages and to all Lebanese who expressed their solidarity against the policies and intentions of the Israeli enemy.
