The head of State affirmed last week that his country stands as an impregnable barrier against attempts to liquidate the Palestinian cause, amid the Israeli offensive against Gaza.
In a speech on the 43rd anniversary of the liberation of the Sinai Peninsula, occupied by Israel after the 1967 war, El-Sisi criticized the Israeli offensive.
He noted that the ongoing war there “is destroying everything and leaving tens of thousands of victims in a shameful humanitarian tragedy that will remain engraved in history.”
