We hold Netanyahu and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir fully and directly responsible for the life of Saadat, who is facing extremely dangerous humanitarian and health conditions inside the isolation cells of the Megiddo prison, the leftist formation stressed in a statement.
The Front warned that its maximum leader, imprisoned since 2002, has been subjected to brutal aggressions and abuses.
The leftist party said “this deliberate Israeli crime takes place in the context of a systematic and dangerous escalation directed against the leaders of the (Palestinian) prisoners’ movement and aims to eliminate them physically and psychologically through medical neglect, torture, abuse, isolation, and systematic starvation.”
The formation expressed that other Palestinian leaders, including Ahed Abu Ghulami, a member of the PFLP Political Bureau, as well as representatives of the Islamic Resistance Movement, Fatah, and Islamic Jihad, also suffered similar violations.
The PFLP emphasized: “We renew our commitment to make every effort and sacrifice possible to free all prisoners.”
