Modi said through social media that digital India has empowered young people to harness innovation, consolidating the country’s position as a global technological powerhouse over the last 11 years.

The chief minister noted that harnessing the power of technology has brought numerous benefits to the people.

The Digital India initiative has turned technology into a tool for empowerment, bridging gaps, creating opportunities and making governance more accessible and transparent for all citizens, Modi said.

He added that service delivery and transparency have improved significantly, and technology has become a means to empower the most needy.

From internet access in remote villages to real-time digital payments, transformation is leading the world. The eleven years of Digital India is a story of inclusive growth, innovation and the emergence of India as a digital powerhouse, the prime minister concluded.
