After awarding Trompiz at the auditorium of the Bolivarian Union University in La Paz, the highest authority of that higher educational institution based in Cabimas, Zulia, Venezuela, highlighted the ambassador’s career in higher education.

Romero affirmed, “Trompiz assumed the responsibility of managing and governing a vitally important national institution such as the Ministry of People’s Power for University Education in our country.”

The dean stated that in such a responsibility, Trompiz managed to transform the Ministry into an effective, responsible, and supportive barrier to prevent the defeat of the Bolivarian cause.

He emphasized Trompiz’s academic, political, and diplomatic career, and his commitment to regional integration and education as a means of social transformation.

Romero concluded, “For all this, our academic institution is honored to award the Doctor Honoris Causa degree to Cesar Gabriel Trompiz in a public and solemn ceremony.”
