“Lukashenko and Putin held a lengthy phone conversation, during which they discussed several regional issues and the international situation, including that in Ukraine and the Middle East,” the channel’s release, published this Wednesday, stated.
The report states that both presidents also discussed the upcoming Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) summit, to be held in Minsk this week, and the agenda of the Russian-Belarusian Union State.
The document added that the two heads of State agreed to discuss all current issues in more detail at a meeting in Minsk shortly.
