The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. local time with various cultural offerings and will center around a concert that brings together music and poetry in a space for artistic encounter and dialogue.
“An afternoon to celebrate affection without fanfare, with books held high and songs that embrace, because when love is an art of peace, it always leaves a mark,” the ministry emphasized.
As part of the program, attendees can bring a book to exchange and share with the rest of the audience, so that everyone goes home with new stories, in a tribute to the connection between reading, affection, and friendship.
The concert will begin at 4:30 p.m. local time and will feature renowned musicians Raul Torres, Marta Campos, Silvio Alejandro, Fidel Diaz Castro, and Rey Montalvo, along with poets El Quiquiri de Cisneros, Roli Avalos, and Adriana Fajardo.
Songs and verses will converse for just over an hour in an encounter where art will be the common language, the invitation concluded.
