They will also ensure the operation of the bank Banco Popular de Ahorro, the Funeral Services, and the local radio station Radio 8SF, among other institutions where two-kilowatt photovoltaic systems are being installed.
Technicians from Copextel in this municipality are installing such kits as quickly as possible, guaranteeing safety and efficiency, in what constitutes an important step towards the energy transition.
In the province of Santiago de Cuba, dozens of similar systems are being installed as a response to the energy crisis the country is experiencing due to the impact of the intensified economic, commercial, and financial blockade imposed by the United States government on the Cuban people.
