The military body reported this Friday on its official Telegram channel that after vigorous offensive operations, units of the Southern Troop Group took control of the settlement of Dibrova, in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
The military also reported that forces of the Northern Troop Group established control over the town of Miropolskoe, in the Ukrainian province of Sumi.
The Russian Ministry of Defense estimated that the Ukrainian Army suffered approximately 8,440 casualties over the past week.
The Central and Eastern Group forces inflicted the highest number of enemy casualties, with 2,420 and 2,020, respectively.
The Western Group’s area of operations saw 1,310 casualties; the Northern Group, 1,280; the Southern Group, 1,045; and the Dnieper Group, 365. Ukrainian military losses in the past week include four tanks, 135 armored vehicles, 69 artillery pieces, 533 military vehicles, 87 ammunition and fuel depots, and 36 counter-battery and electronic warfare stations.
