The call to action asked participants to gather at El Virrey Park in cars, motorcycles, or bicycles to hold a demonstration in support of the peoples who are victims of threats and armed aggression.
This action joins others that have taken place in recent days, such as the “Anti-Imperialist Solidarity Cantata for Life and Peace,” held in the Founders Auditorium of the Autonomous University.
Likewise, the World Federation of Trade Unions, Colombian chapter, released a message on social media stating that Cuba is not alone in its struggle against US aggression.
That organization also expressed its support for the island’s socialist model and its rejection of the blockade imposed by the US government, which it described as criminal.
