The presentation included the participation of Alexis Triana, president of ICAIC; the film’s director, Arturo Santana; casting director Yaremis Perez; and actors Ariadna Sade and Andros Perugorria, who shared their experiences during the creative process.
Perugorría described the experience as “wonderful” and expressed his anticipation for the Cuban public’s reception following the film’s international release, ICAIC stated on social media.
Sade, in turn, rembered the excitement of her first foray into film and her hope that local audiences would experience that same intensity.
Perez highlighted the richness of working with Santana, marked by a distinctive style and the support of a solid production, the publication added.
The filmmaker, for his part, emphasized that the film is a hymn to resilience, reminding us that “in difficult times, love always saves us.”
During the meeting, producer Reymel Delgado added that it was a 100% Cuban production, developed in collaboration with independent production companies and national talent, showing the strength of homegrown cinema.
