Beijing, Sep 16 (Prensa Latina) China's President Xi Jinping on Thursday congratulated his Mexican counterpart Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of that country's independence and also ratified his willingness to strengthen the bilateral ties.
