Havana, Feb 9 (Prensa Latina) Innovation and social transformation will mark the guidelines for next 15th International Congress of Higher Education University 2026 to be held in Havana, Cuba, and announced on Friday by Cuba´s Deputy Higher Education Minister Reynaldo Velázquez.
