Caracas, December 12 (Prensa Latina) The Secretary General of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Diosdado Cabello, reported that steps are being taken and progress is being made on the opening of the respective embassies in Caracas and DC.

Cabello assures that Venezuela is calm and has civic-military unity.
