New York, (Prensa Latina) It is one of the most repeated comments and/or questions when debating the topic of the U.S. general election in November of this year: How is it possible that both in the 2016 elections – when he was elected president by the Electoral College after losing by almost 3 million popular votes – or in the 2020 elections when the very grayish Joe Biden surpassed him by 7 million; a person as pernicious, toxic and perverse as Donald Trump has received tens of millions of votes?
