Washington, Apr 22 (Prensa Latina) Amid heightened tensions between Moscow and Washington, top US National Security Advisers held high-level discussions with Russian counterparts bilateral issues, regional and global matters of concern, as well as the prospect of a presidential summit between the two countries´ presidents, House spokeswoman Jen Psaki said today.
