Brasilia, Aug 31 (Prensa Latina) Brazil's Superior Electoral Court (TSE) has reiterated the key rules voters must follow during the upcoming general elections in October. Voting is mandatory for individuals aged 18 to 70, while it is optional for 16- and 17-year-olds, those over 70, and illiterate citizens.
