Ramallah, Aug 19 (Prensa Latina) Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh urged the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to take part in the release of a group of prisoners in Israeli jails and monitor the conditions of the remainder, an official communique informed on Thursday.
