Kampala, Dec 7 (Prensa Latina) The expeditionary force of the Ugandan Army is improving road to have easy access to its positions in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) where it is preparing a joint total offensive against the Islamist group Allied Democratic Forces (ADF).
