Lima, Jun 16 (Prensa Latina) Vice-dean of the College of Journalists of the Peruvian capital, Edwin Sarmiento, on Wednesday congratulated Prensa Latina over its 62nd anniversary and evoked its foundation, promoted by Fidel Castro and Ernesto Che Guevara.
