In March, Nicaragua received two shipments from India, one through the World Health Organization mechanism, of Covax vaccines, which amounted to 135,000 doses, and another (of 200,000) as a donation from that country.
Previously, on February 22, a donation of 6,000 doses of the Russian vaccine Sputnik V arrived in Managua, with which the immunization campaign began.
