Through a news release, BCC pointed out that increased private agents operations that offer brokerage services for securities and foreign currencies, investment advice or investment management has been recently seen in Cuba.

These companies, identified as MIND CAPITAL, MIRROR TRADING, ARBISTAR, TRUST INVESTING, QUBIT LIFE / QUBIT TECH, X-TORO, promise high returns in a short time in exchange for ¨investors¨ to attract new members for their ‘business’.

Ads generally promise an avenue to swiftly and easily turn a profit, with no apparent risk, even by using cryptoassets as a novelty resource, meaning to arise consumer´s interest.

BCC, as monetary authority and financial system regulator, advises the public not to get involved in this sort of operations.
