Mexico City, Apr 12 (Prensa Latina) The Secretary of Foreign Affairs Alicia Bárcena said on Friday the Mexican government is deeply concerned about new measures issued in the United States against migrants´ human rights, now, in Tennessee, with the SB2576 Law.
