United Nations, Sep 19 (Prensa Latina) Portuguese President Marcelo Rebelo de Sousa on Tuesday insisted at the UN General Assembly (UNGA) on the emergency of reforming the international financial institutions, many of which were set up at the beginning of the 20th century.
