United Nations, Sept. 22 (Prensa Latina) Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodriguez denounced that Latin America and the Caribbean are the target of a push by the United States government aimed at imposing the archaic Monroe Doctrine, reinforced by new and unacceptable corollaries.
