Santiago de Chile, Sep 20 (Prensa Latina) The member of the Chilean Constitutional Council Karen Araya considered today that the proposal of the Magna Carta debated in that instance could be worse than the one imposed during the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet (1973-1990).
