Geneva, Aug 30 (Prensa Latina) The Vision Zero Fund of the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the sportswear company Nike on Tuesday presented an initiative to reduce deaths and injuries among garment and footwear workers.

Geneva, Oct 28 (Prensa Latina) Globally, over 3,500 people die every day on the roads. This amounts to nearly 1.3 million preventable deaths and an estimated 50 million injuries each -making it the leading killer of children and young people worlwide, the World Health Organization (WHO) reported Thursday.
