DPRK to send thousands of sappers and military builders to Russia

Moscow, June 17 (Prensa Latina) The Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) will send a contingent of 1,000 sappers and 5,000 military builders to Russia, announced Sergey Shoigu, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
